De’Arlos Miller is the founder and owner of Bussy Wipes, an Atlanta based personal care hygiene brand created to serve, affirm, and represent gay men with honesty, dignity, and pride. His journey to entrepreneurship was not paved with ease, but forged through resilience, self discovery, and an unshakable commitment to becoming the example he could not find.
Grew up in Alabama, De’Arlos faced unimaginable adversity at a young age. Orphaned at just 12 years old, he was thrust into a world of uncertainty, navigating life without the safety, guidance, or stability that most kids take for granted. He grew up in foster care where he experienced the deep isolation of growing up without family, especially during moments when connection mattered most. Yet within that silence, he began to build something powerful, a strength rooted in survival, self belief, and inner resolve.
As he grew into his identity as a strong, proud gay Black man, De’Arlos searched for reflections of himself in the world of business, specifically openly gay Black entrepreneurs who embodied confidence, success, and authenticity. When he could not find that representation, he made a defining decision. He would not wait for a legacy to follow, he would become the legacy he was looking for.
In 2016, De’Arlos relocated to Atlanta in pursuit of a fresh start and further his career in healthcare, gaining stability and structure. In 2019 he relocated to San Francisco as a traveling medical professional. In 2025 De'Arlos returned to Atlanta.Yet, despite his success, his entrepreneurial spirit remained restless. He felt confined by limitations that did not align with his vision for freedom, creativity, and impact. Rather than ignore that inner calling, De’Arlos made a bold decision. He stepped out on faith and chose to create his own future.
That leap led to the creation of Bussy Wipes, a brand born from both personal experience and a clear gap in the marketplace. Recognizing the lack of direct, unapologetic representation, De’Arlos built a company that normalizes hygiene, preparation, and aftercare for gay men without shame, coded language, or stigma. Every product reflects his mission to replace silence with honesty, discomfort with confidence, and invisibility with pride.
De’Arlos Miller’s story is not just one of survival, it is one of transformation. From a childhood marked by loss and hardship, he has risen to build a brand that stands for self respect, authenticity, and empowerment. Through Bussy Wipes, he is not only providing products, he is creating visibility, shifting narratives, and inspiring others to embrace who they are fully and without apology.
His life is proof that even in the absence of role models, one can rise, rebuild, and become exactly what the world needs to see. And to God be all the glory!

Health and fitness are a major part of Dean’s daily life. He believes in caring for the body, staying active, and making wellness a lifestyle, not just a goal. That same discipline, energy, and attention to detail can be seen in everything he does.
Dean is also a traveler at heart. He has explored beautiful parts of Europe, including the Czech Republic, France, Germany, England, Budapest, and Romania. Each place has deepened his love for people, culture, history, and the many ways human beings live, connect, and express themselves.
A natural learner, Dean is fascinated by science, history, innovation, and the human story. He enjoys watching National Geographic, Modern Marvels, and documentaries focused on history, from African American history, civil rights, LGBTQ+ rights, women and human rights. He loves discovering how people think, how cultures evolve, and how the world works.
Dean has a rare ability to adapt in any setting. As he often says, “I have never met a stranger.” Whether he is meeting someone for the first time or reconnecting with an old friend, Dean has a way of making people feel seen, welcomed, and comfortable.
His creativity also shows up in everyday life. Dean can open a refrigerator, find whatever is available, and turn it into a gourmet meal. He brings that same eye for beauty into fashion and home design, creating spaces that make people stop, stare, and smile the moment they walk in.
Dean is stylish, thoughtful, adventurous, and deeply human. He is a man who values wellness, culture, creativity, and connection, and those values are part of the heart behind Bussy Wipes.
